#### What's New

Initiate **Claudia - DE Quality of Hire Analyst** as a new Digital Employee persona. Claudia - DE Quality of Hire Analyst runs HRIS Recruitment Quality analytics and is capable of:

* **Analyzing Quality of Hire metrics** for a specific hire cohort period. Supported analyses include:
  * Evaluating which universities, degrees, or majors produce the best hiring outcomes
  * Evaluating which pre-hire experiences produce the best hiring outcomes
  * Counting employees who joined from a specific segment (e.g., university) with optional breakdowns
* **Metrics evaluated:**
  * **Retention rate** based on configurable retention windows (90 / 180 / 365 days; default: 180 days)
  * **Performance metric** (combined by default), derived from:
    * KPI-based performance (custom table) — 50% weight
    * Promotion-based proxy — 25% weight
    * Salary-based proxy — 25% weight
* **Segmentation & ranking** supported by:
  * University / degree / major
  * Experience dimension (years band, last industry, last role family)
* **Generating ranked aggregate reports** per segmentation dimension, including:
  * Segment name, employee count (N), retention rate, and performance metric
  * Coverage/confidence notes (e.g., KPI coverage, small sample suppression)
* **Normalization** of institution names, fields of study, and education levels to reduce noise from naming variations, with user confirmation when ambiguous
* **Audit record** logging for traceability (requester, time range, metric definitions, normalization decisions)
