# GLChat Live

GLChat has evolved from a text-only assistant into a comprehensive multimodal conversational platform. It enables bidirectional streaming of inputs and outputs, thus expanding GLChat's ability to provide real-time, multimodal responses.

#### Example Use Case

1. Access advanced multimodal reasoning through the Live feature.
2. Support audio and video inputs.
3. Real-time responses with higher accuracy and context awareness.

#### Steps to Access the Live Feature in GLChat

* Open GLChat and select the chat where you want to use the Live feature.
* In the message input toolbar, tap the waveform icon to access Live.

* On the Live page, click the microphone button to start capturing audio input, or click the camera button for video input.

* To show the subtitles, user can click the caption button (second button from the right)

* Once you want to stop, click the stop button (x button on the far right) to end the recording. You will then be directed to the chat page.
