### 2. How Memory Extraction Works

* During any conversation in an application, **type normally**.
* GLChat automatically **extracts key information** (for example: project needs, user preferences) and saves it as memory items.
* These items can later be used to personalize answers.

### 3. Manage Your Memory

Go to **Settings → Profile → Manage Memory** to:

* **View** all stored memory items.
* **Search** to quickly locate a specific item.
* **Delete** individual items using the trash icon.
* **Clear All** memories with the **Clear Memory** button if you want to start fresh.
* **Favorites** keep your most important knowledge at the top of the list.

### 4. Privacy & Control

* All memory is stored **within your organization’s secured environment**.
* You can **disable or clear memory at any time**, ensuring full control of your data.
