Personalization Prompt, Tone and Style
Enable users to personalize application responses by setting their preferred tone, style, and level of detail, ensuring interactions feel more natural, relevant, and aligned with individual communication preferences
You can access personalization via profile setting

Note:
Turning off personalization will default to Application settings.
Personalization also won't work if the admin configures the Application to disallow it.
When personalization enabled, there are 3 field that you can configure
Tone

There are 4 selections for Tone:
Default: This is the basic mode, often simple and unadorned, suitable for general purposes.
Friendly: Engages the reader with a warm and approachable tone. Ideal for content aimed at a broad audience where relatability is key.
Formal: Employs a professional and structured tone. This is used in official documents, academic papers, or in contexts where a serious and respectful approach is required.
Technical: Provides detailed and precise information, often full of jargon and specific terminology. Used in manuals, guides, or technical documentation where accuracy and clarity are paramount.
Style

There are 4 selections for Style:
Default: The standard or pre-set mode presented to users.
Concise: Information presented in a clear and brief manner.
Explanatory: Detailed information aiming to clarify complex topics.
Natural: Human-like, easy-to-understand, and conversational tone.
Custom Instruction
You can customize the application's behavior by setting specific instructions. For instance, you may choose to have it respond like a helpful assistant, providing detailed and thoughtful answers to inquiries.
Another example, you can configure it to always include emojis in its responses, adding a playful and engaging element to the conversation. Here's an example of personalization using custom instruction and the response:


By tailoring these settings, you can enhance user interaction, ensuring the application's responses align with your desired tone and style, thereby improving user satisfaction and experience overall.
