Overview

The Global Admin Dashboard serves as the internal control plane for GLChat. It provides the GLChat team with centralized visibility and governance across the entire multi-tenant platform. It is designed to standardize how organizations are provisioned, how internal and cross-tenant access is managed, and how global defaults are curated, to ensure that every client environment starts from a consistent, secure baseline.

Each module within the Global Admin Dashboard supports platform-wide operations. This includes creating and managing Organizations, assigning Global Admin users (and any required cross-organization access), defining default building blocks (pipelines, presets, models, agents, connectors, and other system-level configurations), and monitoring or configuring subscriptions and usage. The goal is to streamline internal workflows, reduce manual setup overhead, enforce guardrails and consistency across tenants, and enable the team to scale onboarding and governance without slowing down product delivery.
