Organization Management

To access this menu, go to the sidebar and select Organization Management > General.

The Company Setting page allows you to manage your organization’s profile and customize the branding of your project to align with your company’s identity.


Organization Profile

This section defines the core identity of your organization.

  1. Organization Name (Required) Enter the official name of your company. This name will appear throughout the platform and may also be shown in project interfaces depending on configuration.

  2. Associated Email Domains (Required) Define the list of email domains permitted for your organization’s user accounts (e.g., @yourcompany.com). These domains determine which users can access the organization and its projects. Only users with email addresses matching the approved domains will be granted access.

  3. Supported Contact Email Enter the support email address your organization uses to assist users. This contact will appear in the app so users know where to reach out if an error occurs.


Custom Branding

This section allows you to personalize your project's look and feel to reflect your company’s brand identity. You can upload logos and icons, and define brand colors for both Light Mode and Dark Mode themes.

  1. Light Mode

    1. Organization Logo (Required) Upload your company logo to be displayed when the project is in light mode.

    2. Organization Icon (Required) Upload your company icon for light mode. This may be used in areas such as the project launcher or favicon.

  2. Dark Mode

    1. Organization Logo (Required) Upload your company logo optimized for dark backgrounds.

    2. Organization Icon (Required) Upload your company icon designed for use in dark mode.

  3. Brand Colors Set your brand’s color palette to ensure a consistent visual style across the project.

    1. Main Color Select the primary brand color, used for key UI elements such as headers, buttons, and main highlights.

    2. Secondary Color Choose a complementary secondary color used for supporting elements or backgrounds.

    3. Accent Color Define an accent color for highlights, alerts, or other areas that require visual emphasis.


Help & Documentation

This section allows you to provide helpful resources and documentation that enhance user support and guidance across your application.

  1. Feedback Form URL Enter the link to your feedback form where users can share suggestions or report issues. If this field is filled, the feedback form link will appear under the Help Center → Report an Issue section in the Application UI.

  1. End-User Guide URL Provide the URL for your end-user guide or onboarding documentation. If this field is filled, the guide link will also appear under the Help Center → User Guide section in the Application UI.

  1. Admin Guide URL Enter the URL for your admin guide. If this field is filled, the guide link will be displayed in the Admin Dashboard under the User Guide section.
