# Export Meeting Result

After reviewing your meeting results, Meemo allows you to export them for sharing or archiving. You can export either the **Minutes of Meeting (MoM)** or the **audio recording**. Both options are available via the **Export** button on the meeting detail page.

## Export MoM

Exporting the MoM allows you to download transcripts, summaries, and notes in a variety of formats.

**Steps to export MoM:**

1. Click the **Export** button in the top-right corner of the meeting detail page.
2. Select **Export MoM**.
3. A settings window will appear, where you can customize the export.

**Export options include:**

1. **File Name** – Choose a name for the exported file.
2. **File Format** – Available options are `.txt`, `.docx`, `.rtf`, `.pdf`, `.xlsx`, or `.zip`.
3. **Content Settings** – Decide what to include in the exported file:
   1. *Include Summary & Notes*
   2. *Include Transcription*
   3. *Merge Same Speaker Segment* (combine all lines from one speaker)
   4. *Include Speaker Name*
   5. *Include Timestamp*
   6. *Combine All Paragraphs* (merge transcript into one continuous block of text)

On the right side of the export window, you will see a **Transcript Preview** showing how your export will look. Once satisfied with the settings, click **Export**. The file will automatically download to your device.

## Export Audio

If you want to share or archive the original meeting recording, you can export the audio file.

**Steps to export audio:**

1. Click the **Export** button.
2. Select **Export Audio**.
3. Choose the desired file format:
   1. `.wav`
   2. `.mp3`
4. The audio file will automatically download to your device.
