User Management

To access this menu, go to the sidebar and select User Management.

You can manage users through this menu. From here, you can add, edit, or delete users, and assign roles such as regular user or system-level user.


Create New User

To create a new user, click New User.

Fill in the required fields in the form to register the user and define their login method.

  1. Login Method Choose how the user will log in to the system:

    1. Username: The user logs in using a username and password.

    2. SSO (Single Sign-On): The user logs in using corporate or SSO credentials (e.g., company email).

    1. Username Method

      1. Account Enter the username the user will use to log in.

      2. Password Enter the password for the account. Ensure it meets the required password policy.

      3. Email (Optional) Enter the user’s email address if needed.

    2. SSO Method

      1. Account Enter the email address the user will use for SSO login.

  3. Role Assign a role to define the user’s access level:

    1. Global Admin

      Top-level administrators with full access to all modules and configurations across the system. Responsible for managing company settings, AI agents, pipelines, models, and user roles.

    2. Technical Admin

      Administrators with access limited to technical components such as chatbots, pipelines, and LLM models. Intended for users focused on integration, maintenance, and model operations.

    3. System Admin (Company Level)

      Administrators responsible for managing operational aspects like chatbots, knowledge bases, AI agents, and company configurations. Suitable for internal system management within a company.

    4. User Admin

      Administrators dedicated to managing user accounts and access levels. Ideal for HR or compliance roles handling onboarding and permissions.

    5. End User

      Regular users with access limited to application interactions, such as using chatbots or viewing content, without administrative privileges.

  4. Status Select the user’s current status:

    1. Active: The user account is enabled.

    2. Inactive: The user account is disabled.

Once all fields are completed, click Save to register the user or Cancel to discard changes.


View and Edit Users Detail

To view or edit a user’s details, click the Edit icon on the User Management List page.

After making changes, click Save to apply them or Cancel to discard.


Delete User

To delete an application, click the Trash icon in the Action column.

A confirmation pop-up will appear — click Delete to proceed or Cancel to abort.

You cannot delete an application that still has assigned users. Remove all assigned users first before attempting deletion.
