The Global Admin Dashboard is the internal control panel within GLChat, designed for the GLChat team to provision and govern the entire platform across all Organizations. It serves as the primary interface for creating client environments, managing internal admin access, setting platform-wide defaults, and monitoring usage and subscriptions—everything needed to operate GLChat at scale from one unified place.

Through the Global Admin Dashboard, you can:
Create and manage Organizations (clients), including initial setup and baseline configuration
Create and manage Global Admin users, and assign access to specific Organization Admin Dashboards when needed
Define platform-wide defaults (pipelines, presets, LLM models, AI agents, connectors, and more) that Organizations can later adopt or extend
Monitor and manage usage and subscriptions per Organization to support billing, limits, and service health
Maintain governance and standardization, ensuring consistent guardrails and a reliable starting point for every tenant
