• Initiate Claudia - DE Payroll Analyst as new Digital Employee persona. Claudia - DE Payroll Analyst is capable of:

  • Checking payroll compliance from a specific month. Items assessed:

    • PTKP data compliance

    • NPWP vs KTP consistency

    • Employee Tax Object compliance

    • Minimum wage (UMP) compliance

    • PKWT compensation compliance

    • THR (Eid al-Fitr) payment timing compliance

    • Take Home Pay deduction limit compliance (against company policy)

    • Regular Salary Payment date compliance (against company policy)

  • Generating Payroll Compliance Check report

  • Sending the report to specific email addresses

• Items to check and company policies can be customized based on customer request.
