Initiate Pamela – Meeting Scheduling Assistant as new Digital Employee capability. Pamela – Meeting Scheduling Assistant is capable of:

  1. Access scheduling through CATAPA Chat

  2. Show availability for one or more participants

  3. Show 3–5 recommended meeting times

  4. Create a Google Calendar invite with a Google Meet link
