Prompt Builder Catalog Entries

To access this features, go to the sidebar and select Application > New/Edit > Advanced Setting.

The Prompt Builder Catalogue is a collection of customizable prompt templates you can use with different AI models. This feature allows you to modify how your application responds by adjusting system instructions or roles for each prompt, ensuring greater control over tone, behavior, and model interaction.

Catalogue Entry Details

Each prompt builder catalogue entry includes the following details:

1. Name The identifier or title of the prompt template.

2. Grouping Type Defines how the prompt is applied across models:

   1. No Grouping – The prompt is used by all available models.

   2. Scope – The prompt applies only to a specific model provider, a model name, or both.

   3. Template Group – The prompt applies only to a specific group of templates

3. Scope (Visible only if “Scope” is selected as the grouping type)

   1. Enter the model name or provider name to limit where the prompt will apply.

4. Template Group (Visible only if “Template Group” is selected as the grouping type)

   1. Select a template group from the predefined list of available templates groups.

5. System Instruction Provide instructions that guide the overall behavior or tone of the application. These are fixed rules or directives that shape how the system responds.

6. User Instruction Define the instructions or inputs that users can provide during conversations to guide responses for specific interactions.

View Prompt Builder Details

To view details of a specific prompt builder catalogue entry, click the View (eye icon) in the Action column.

Edit Prompt Builder Details

To edit details of a specific prompt builder catalogue entry, click the Edit (penci icon) in the Action column.

If you want to edit the entry, ensure that the Sync Template toggle is off. When the sync template is on, the entry will be locked in view-only mode to maintain consistency with the master template.

Sync Template

The Sync Template feature keeps your prompt catalogue synchronized with the setting on Prompt Builder menu, ensuring your system always uses the latest standardized prompts and configurations defined at the global level.

You can toggle synchronization on or off depending on whether you want to inherit updates or customize locally.

Mode	Behavior
Sync Template (Toggle On)	Automatically inherits all updates from the master template. Manual editing is disabled to preserve consistency with the master version.
Sync Template (Toggle Off)	Converts into an Override Template, allowing full customization. However, changes will not update automatically when the master template is modified.
