Help Center

The Help Center provides quick access to support resources directly from within the application. You can open it by clicking your profile menu in the bottom-left corner, then choose Help Center from the sidebar.

Report an Issue

This option lets you report a problem, bug, or unexpected behavior in the application.

When you click Report, you will be redirected to a form site to fill out details such as what went wrong and how to reproduce the issue. This information helps the support team investigate and resolve problems faster.

User Guide

This option opens the official documentation or guide for the platform in the gitbook. It contains step-by-step instructions, explanations of features, and tips for getting the most out of the platform — perfect for both new users and experienced ones who need a quick reference.
