All Subscription

To access this menu, go to the sidebar and select Subscription > All Subscription.

In the ‘All Subscriptions’ menu, you can review the organizations’ subscription overview.

In the ‘Subscription Detail’ menu, you can review the organizations’ subscription overview. The detailed subscription information for the selected organization will be displaying:

  1. Organization Summary

  • Organization ID: The unique identifier assigned to the organization.

  • Organization Name: The name of the organization associated with the subscription.

  • Account Created: The date on which the organization’s account was initially created.

  • License Certification: Displays the date when the organization’s subscription license will end.

  1. Usages

  • Admin: Shows how many administrator accounts the organization has used out of its allowed quota.

  • Applications: Shows how many chatbot applications are currently active compared to what’s allowed by the plan.

  • Messages: Displays the number of messages sent by the organization and the remaining quota available.
