Connector

To access this menu, go to the sidebar and select Organization Management > Connector.

Connectors allow you to integrate external applications and services into your organization’s workspace. Once a connector is added, the application can directly interact with that service to enhance its capabilities and automate tasks.

Connect/Disconnect to New Connector

To add a new connector, click New Connector.

A list of supported external connectors available in GLChat will be displayed. From this list, you can choose to connect or disconnect connectors based on the available providers.

  • When you connect a service, it will appear in the connector list and become available for configuration and use within your workspace. Each connected service must be registered in this section before it can be used.

    1. Display Name Enter the name of the connector as it will appear in the application or on the user interface.

    2. Description Provide a brief description explaining the connector’s purpose and functionality.

    3. Knowledge Source Toggle On to make the connector selectable and visible in the application’s connector list. Toggle Off if you want the connector to remain hidden from the application list and only be available on the user settings.

  • When you disconnect a service, it will be removed from the connector list and will no longer be accessible in your environment.
