Manage Knowledge Base

To access this menu, go to the sidebar and select Knowledge Base > Edit Knowledge Base > Manage Knowledge Base.

Complete the Knowledge Base setup in GLChat. Upon completion, the system will automatically create the corresponding workspace in LLM Labs. Each Organization is provisioned with a dedicated LLM Labs workspace by default.

If the LLM Labs Client is not configured, an error will be displayed. See Configure LLM Labs Clientguide to set it up.

Manage Knowledge Base

You can manage the Knowledge Base by uploading files. To upload files:

1. Click Upload File

2. Select and upload your files

Add URLs for Knowledge

Besides files, you can also add URLs. To add a URL:

1. Click the arrow icon next to Upload File

2. Select Add URL

3. Enter the URL and save

Integration with External Object Storage

GLChat integrates with LLM Labs to support external object storage. This allows the Knowledge Base to connect directly to third-party storage without managing files separately in GLChat.

To connect object storage:

1. Click the arrow icon next to Upload File

2. Select Connect Object Storage
