Communication Provider

To access this menu, go to the sidebar and select Organization Management > Communication Provider.

The Communication Provider menu allows you to configure and manage external communication channels, such as WhatsApp, for integration with your projects through third-party services.


Setup WhatsApp Integration via Qiscus

Before registering a phone number, make sure the following Qiscus credentials are defined:

  • Project ID: A unique identifier assigned to your project by Qiscus.

  • Secret Key: An authentication token used to secure communication between your project and Qiscus servers.

These keys are required to establish a connection between Qiscus and your organization’s workspace.


Add Phone Number

Before enabling WhatsApp as a deployment option, you must first register your WhatsApp Business phone number through the Qiscus API integration.

Fields:

  • Channel ID* – Enter a valid Channel number from Qiscus

  • Phone Number – Enter the Whatsapp Business Phone Number registered in Qiscus

Once registered, the phone number will appear in the Projects menu under Channel as an available option for WhatsApp deployment.

Ensure that the phone number is active and verified in Qiscus to maintain a secure and stable connection.


Edit Phone Number

To modify a registered phone number, click the pencil icon. Update the necessary details and click Save to apply the changes.


Delete Phone Number

To remove a registered phone number, click the trash icon in the Action column. A confirmation pop-up will appear, click Delete to confirm or Cancel to abort the action.

Please note that you cannot delete a phone number that is still assigned to any projects. Remove all associated projects before attempting to delete the number.
