Subscription Detail

To access this menu, go to the sidebar and select Subscription > All Subscription.

In the Subscription Detail menu, you can review an overview of your organization’s subscription information, including account status, license validity, and usage limits.

View Detail Subscription

The following information is displayed for the selected organization:

1. Organization Summary

   1. Organization ID The unique identifier assigned to the organization.

   2. Organization Name The name of the organization associated with the subscription.

   3. Account Created The date when the organization’s account was initially created.

   4. License Expiration The date when the organization’s subscription license will expire.

2. Usages

   1. Admin Displays the number of administrator accounts used compared to the total allowed under the subscription plan.

   2. Applications Shows the number of active chatbot applications relative to the plan’s limit.

   3. Messages Indicates the total number of messages sent and the remaining quota available under the subscription.
